April 5th - Winemakers Dinner at The Ainslie
The collaboration of Mike our winemaker and Ian the chef at The Ainslie seems to be becoming a regular occurrence in the annual line up of our events. As two passionate individuals who love showcasing what can be crafted here in the Cowichan Valley through each of their culinary art forms, it's always magic when they work together. Both Mike and Ian simply and genuinely love creating an experience that brings people together over the table.
Join us for this exciting evening at The Ainslie as chef Ian creates a delicious five course meal that seamlessly pair with our wines while Mike shares tales of the last vintage and what makes all these new wines so special. This will be your first opportunity to try our 2019 wines before they are publicly released.

Our annual Spring Release Open House is just around the corner and we are so excited to be releasing the first wines from the 2019 vintage. This is one of our favourite events of the year as we ring in the new summer season just before the chaos of tending to the vines begins.
We'll have local cheese and charcuterie for you to nibble on as you enjoy the following exciting new wines.
