From the oldest planting of Sauvignon Blanc vines on Vancouver Island here at Emandare, we adore this wine. Something magic happens in the way it ripens and uniquely expresses itself on our vineyard. VIBRANT white wild flowers, spiced pears, kiwi, melon, complex minerality and layer upon layer of bright aromas and flavours only begin to describe this wine. Barrel fermented and left on the lees, giving it a soft and lovely texture.
