OUR WINES

Our wines are produced on a premium piece of land perfectly suited for grape growing. They are 100% estate grown, organically farmed, dry farmed and the vinification is allowed to take place naturally without commercial yeasts and other additives that dictate a recipe. This low intervention approach is what allows the transparency of each vintage to shine through the honest expression of each of our unique terroir-driven wines.

From the oldest Sauvignon Blanc vines on Vancouver Island and gently stewarded from grapes into wine with minimal intervention, this is a truly unique expression of Emandare’s nature. Enjoy bright aromas of white rose, spiced apple, and honeysuckle with flavours of honeydew melon, pear, lemongrass and fresh kiwi.

Our Gewurztraminer is gently stewarded from grapes into wine with minimal intervention, capturing a delicate expression of Emandare’s nature. Enjoy bright, fresh, crisp and clean aromas and flavours of wildflowers, fresh orchard fruit, and refreshing citrus. The texture of this dry wine will satisfy your whole palate.

This rosé is a field blend of Siegerrebe, Marechal Foch, and Tempranillo. Gently stewarded from grapes into wine with minimal intervention, this unique field blend is a lively expression of Emandare’s nature. Enjoy this refreshing medley of cherry, rose petal with crisp orange and grapefruit notes.

$45 - 2017 PINOT NOIR

Our Pinot Noir is gently stewarded from grapes into wine with minimal intervention. Both fermented and aged in neutral French oak and left unfined and unfiltered, to capture the truly authentic expression of Emandare’s nature. Deep red cherry and cranberry, violets, wild mushroom, subtle apple and dusty minerality only begin to describe this terroir driven wine.

$35 - 2018 MARECHAL-CABERNET FOCH (Coming Nov. 23)

Our signature field blend of Marechal Foch and Cabernet Foch is gently stewarded from grapes into wine with minimal intervention. Both fermented and aged in neutral French oak and left unfined and unfiltered, to capture a bold expression of Emandare’s nature. Enjoy robust flavours of blackcurrant, black cherry, blueberry, subtle blackberry and dark plum with velvety vanilla bean and cocoa undertones.

$50 - 2018 TRADITIONAL METHOD ROSE

Our 100% Pinot Noir Traditional Method Rosé was gently stewarded from grapes into wine with minimal intervention. 2018 gave us a crop of Pinot Noir perfectly suited for an incredibly elegant sparkling wine. Rich ruby colour with decadent wild red fruit and floral notes.
