Our Estate Wines are produced on a premium piece of land perfectly suited for grape growing. They are 100% estate grown, organically farmed, dry farmed and the vinification is allowed to take place naturally without commercial yeasts and other additives that dictate a recipe. This low intervention approach is what allows the transparency of each vintage to shine through the honest expression of each of our unique terroir-driven wines.

Our From The Valley Wines are made from locally grown Cowichan Valley grapes supplied from neighbouring vineyards. These are wines that give us the opportunity to capture the playful and unpretentious values of this incredible place that we get to call home. Utilizing the same low intervention approach as on our estate wines, these wines will give you a delightfully honest expression from the valley.

Our Pinot Noir is gently stewarded from grapes into wine with minimal intervention. Both fermented and aged in neutral French oak and left unfined and unfiltered, to capture the truly authentic expression of Emandare’s nature. Juicey red cherry and cranberry, violets, wild mushroom, subtle apple and dusty minerality only begin to describe this terroir driven wine.


$25 - 2020 FARM FRESH FOCH


Made from 90% Marechal Foch and 10% Pinot Noir, this fresh, Nouveau (French for "New") style of wine is a very youthful and juicy style of red wine. Using 100% Carbonic Maceration on the Foch and straight to press barrel fermented Pinot, this wine is singing with vibrant notes of bright red cherry, fresh wild flowers and juicy plums. How Mike describes this wine: "Juicy and Chuggable!"

Our signature field blend of Marechal Foch and Cabernet Foch is gently stewarded from grapes into wine with minimal intervention. Both fermented and aged in neutral French oak and left unfined and unfiltered, to capture a bold expression of Emandare’s nature. Enjoy robust flavours of blackcurrant, black cherry, blueberry, subtle blackberry and dark plum with velvety vanilla bean and cocoa undertones.

This is our second vintage crafting this wine as a single varietal and are so happy that we have. Dry in style, it tastes like fresh orchard apples and pears with precise minerality, refreshing citrus, a hint of ginger spice and a soft textured mouth watering acidity.

From the oldest planting of Sauvignon Blanc vines on Vancouver Island here at Emandare, we adore this wine. Something magic happens in the way it ripens and uniquely expresses itself on our vineyard. Vibrant white wild flowers, spiced pears, kiwi, melon, complex minerality and layer upon layer of bright aromas and flavours only begin to describe this wine.

A unique field blend that we have been fine tuning annually. This vintage is by head and shoulders our favourite yet. 60% Siegerrebe, 33% Tempranillo and 7% Marechal Foch. This Rosé is beautifully perfumed with floral aromas leaping out of your glass, very delicate on your palate and ridiculously juicy with notes of strawberry, apple, wild flowers, peaches and soft melon.
